暦の上では春になったものの、まだまだ冷え込む2月4日に第28回の定例会を行いました。
定例会前半では、1月25日に開催した「新春イベント」を振り返りました。
実践したアクティビティを早速チームビルディングに活用しようと計画しているメンバーの話を受けて、チームの特性に応じてどんなアクティビティを選ぶべきかについて意見を交換しました。イベント当日の様子は、以下の開催レポートもご覧ください。
定例会後半では、「2025年に実施したいテーマ」について意見を出し合いました。
PMPⓇ試験に関しては「直近の試験傾向」や「CCR活動」、プロジェクトマネジメントに関しては「PMBOKを知らない人とどう仕事をするか」「実務でPMBOKをどう生かしているか」など、日頃の知見や取り組みをシェアし、悩みを共有できそうなテーマが挙げられました。
キャリアやライフプランに関しては、過去に実施したテーマの中から「真の女性活躍とは」「ガラスの天井」は女性の活躍を支援するコミュニティとして、もう一度取り上げたいという意見で一致しました。
また、「モチベーションの保ち方」「リスキリングとその時間の捻出」など、皆さんから刺激を受けられそうなテーマも挙げられました。
最近ホットな話題のテーマとしては、「AIの活用」「インクルーシブとは」が挙げられました。
「インクルーシブとは」では、実際に当事者の方の意見を聞く、当事者の気持ちを体験するなどのアクティビティができたら、という意見もありました。
昨年、ソーシャルインパクトのテーマとしてイベントも実施した「防災の現場で活躍できる女性PM」については、さらに内容を発展させたいと話し合いました。
実用的なお楽しみテーマとしては、「投資、やってますか？」や、過去大変盛り上がった「ふるさと納税」、「おすすめの本」などが挙げられました。
そのほか、「ビジョンボード（人生でやりたいことをビジュアル化したボード）の作成」や、プロジェクトマネジメントとも絡めやすそうな「お菓子作り・パン作り」など、皆さんで楽しみながら学べるイベントの提案がありました。
これはぜひ聞いてみたい！と思うテーマが沢山挙げられて、2025年の定例会でも様々な刺激を得ることができそうだと期待でワクワクした気持ちになりました。

The 28th regular meeting was held on February 4, when the weather was still cold, although the calendar had turned to spring.
In the first half of the meeting, we reviewed the “New Year's Event” held on January 25.
In response to members who were planning to use the activities they had practiced for team building, we had a discussion about what kind of activities should be selected according to the characteristics of the teams.

In the latter half of the regular meeting, we discussed “Topics we would like to bring up in 2025”.
With regard to the PMPⓇ exam, some expressed that they would like to hear about “Recent exam trends” and “CCR activities”.
As for project management, participants wanted to hear about “How to work with people who do not know PMBOK” and “How PMBOK is utilized in practice”. I felt that we could share our daily findings and initiatives and share our concerns.
Regarding career and life planning, the participants agreed that “What is true women's empowerment?” and “The glass ceiling” from the past topics should be taken up again as a community that supports women's empowerment.
I thought topics such as “How to stay motivated” and “Reskilling and how to find the time to do it” would be interesting and inspiring for everyone.
From the recent hot topics, “Use of AI” and “What is inclusive?” were mentioned.
Some participants suggested that it would be useful to have activities such as listening to the opinions of the people involved and experiencing how they feel about inclusiveness.
We discussed the possibility of further developing the content of “Women PMs who can be active in disaster management,” which was also the theme of last year's Social Impact event.
For practical fun themes, we agreed that we would like to discuss “Are you investing? and “Tax payment at hometown” and “Recommended books”.
And we suggested events that everyone could learn and have fun. For example, “Creating a vision board (a visualization of what you want to do in life)” ,“Baking sweets or bread”.
I felt excited that we would be able to get stimulation at the regular meeting in 2025.
